Courage! 2 Tim. 1:7

As Christians we are called to lead by example to be bold and courageous to proclaim the name of Christ. When others see us we must be known by our courage to love as Christ does. We are not defined by the world and its expectations but rather our definition is in our identity as Daughters and Sons of the Most High God.

We are called to be people after God’s own heart, leading, serving, and loving as Christ did, standing firm in faith, and humbly guiding others toward God’s eternal kingdom.

Men and women are called to be courageous leader who leads his relationships and responsibilities in family, workplace, Church or his sphere of influence. That is why St. Paul reminds the young bishop St. Timothy to take charge of his responsibility and remember that “God did give us a spirit of timidity but a spirit of power and love and self-control.” (2 Tim. 1:7)

We must grow in our identity as beloved Daughters and Sons let us then surrender ourselves to Jesus. Come along and join us for an exciting weekend to spend in the company of others who are on their journey in Christian discipleship. Let us be filled with love, accepted and received as God’s children. Let us learn to permit ourselves to live in freedom and accept courage as God’s gift to us.
