“Renew” Is. 40: 31 

 

We are waiting for something; we ask the Lord to move in our life in some way. We desire to see change and conversion of our families, culture and Church. We want to see a better world where God’s Kingdom is established. 

 

Perhaps we might be waiting for a change in our work, family, ministries? Or are we waiting for healing? Maybe we are waiting for the Lord to come through in our families, with our spouses or our children.

 

However, we might be tired of waiting, that wait is too long. However, as women we are called to live with hope. Pope Benedict XVI once said, “For the one who has hope lives differently”. 

 

We read in the Book of Isaiah, “They who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength. They shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.” (Is. 40: 31)

 

Let us then come together to wait on the Lord and renew our Strength in this powerful retreat weekend for women.  During this weekend we will hear powerful testimonies, Catholic Liturgy & Sacraments, Powerful Worship, Inspirational Talks, Fun, Laughter, Nature walks, prayer ministry, Prayer of the Holy Spirit, Healing Services.

 

Topics include: Woman of the Lord- Identity, Our Battlefield, Time such as this, Renew and restore, grow in faith.
