About Us

We are a team of Catholics, on-fire for the Lord.........

Transform Ministries exists as a response to an invitation by the Lord to Father Gladson Dabre, OSA.  The core team combines Fr. Gladson and two dedicated lay Catholics from differing backgrounds united by our unwavering commitment to invite people into a fresh encounter with the Lord.  The ministry's mission is simple. We exist to transform hearts and souls and change lives, in Jesus' name.

With a shared vision deeply rooted in the teachings of the Catholic Church, we aim to be beacons of love, compassion and service to those we meet.

Transform Ministries serves as a vessel for hope, bringing comfort to the weary, strength to the vulnerable and faith to those searching for Truth. Our faith, in the name and power of Jesus, fuels our mission and our mission transforms lives.  We seek to impact those around us through prayer, events, retreats, missions, workshops, teaching and preaching through the power of Holy Spirit.

We invite you to subscribe and join us for the journey as we seek to radiate God's love, transform hearts and change lives. Together, we can create a more compassionate and understanding world, one person at a time.

Anne Morton

Anne is a Catholic lay person, who has fervently pursued the Lord for many years.  It was always Anne’s aim to be a wife and mother to a house full of children.  As a wife to Alan and mother to eight children and eleven grandchildren, she has enjoyed fulfilling this ambition.  Anne has spent much of the last thirty years home-schooling several of her now adult children.  She has pursued her faith so as to ensure they were all given a sound faith background.  Anne has a passion for evangelisation and bringing the faith to anyone who will listen whether in the street, by the swimming pool or in her flower shop!

Anne has been the driving force behind many faith projects at home and further afield including “Dads & Lads” weekends, Catholic Family Days, Marriage Preparation Days and Ladies Retreat Days. She has spoken at Retreats and more recently at an Unbound Conference.

As a trained Catechist of the Diocese, she has a firm foundation in Catholic teaching and is faithful to it.  In addition, Anne has recently graduated from a 2 year online ‘School of Ministry’ course with Encounter Ministries.  She is a Trustee of the Diocese of Nottingham and is on the Diocesan “Mission Enabling Team”.  She is also Vice Chair of her local Parish Council.

"I am a florist and own a flower shop in Lincoln which I regard as a ministry. I am able to speak to people about the Lord in both the lowest and happiest moments of their lives. Many have expressed how loved and comforted they have felt. I love the Catholic faith and have a heart especially for the renewal of marriages and Catholic families. I want to see people set on fire for Jesus and have lives transformed by the renewal of the Holy Spirit to build up the church  to help people encounter the living Lord” - Anne

"My passion for Jesus and seeing others transformed through the power of the Holy Spirit began many years ago following a deep re-encounter with the Lord in Medjugorje in 1995. Subsequently, through receiving inner healing myself and through having a radicle experience of 'baptism in the Spirit' in 2015, I found my mission, my commission - to spread word of God's enduring, passionate, relentless pursuit of us and His love and mercy for each of us to be healed and free in Jesus name" - Sue
